    Trial Commissioner S. Marie Hellard heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings June 9.

    Christina J. Phillips, show cause, license to be in possession – continued to June 23.

    Crystal D. West, hearing, three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor – motion to revoke June 26, bench warrant recalled.

    •Roger Back for driving under the influence 1st and no insurance by the Lawrenceburg Police Department.

    •Michael Cooper for alcohol intoxication and open container by the Kentucky State Police.

    Trial Commissioner S. Marie Hellard heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings June 9.

    Allison K. Mitchell, arraignment, buy/possess drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of controlled substance, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance – pleaded not guilty, pretrial conference June 19.

    Karen A. Toles, arraignment, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury) – pleaded not guilty, pretrial conference June 19.

    Judge Donna Dutton heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings June 2.

    David Stanfield, review, operating a motor vehicle under the influence – continued to June 30.

    Jennifer R. Swan, arraignment, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting less than $500) – bonded out.

    Lana Burgin, arraignment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license – pleaded not guilty, disposition June 5.

    Judge Tom Lively heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings May 29.

    Holley R. Bailey, arraignment, giving officer false name or address, first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence – preliminary hearing June 5.

    Anthony D. Coates, hearing, no operator/moped license – pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 days to serve, $143, installment/deferred payment Oct. 2.
