Jason W. Bentley, hearing, theft by unlawful taking – convert fines and costs to jail time, five days to serve (credit time served).
Traci L. Stief, hearing, operating motor vehicle under the influence, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended/revoked operators license – contempt of court, five days to serve, convert fines and costs to jail time, 30 days to serve or pay $903 (credit time served).

Sarah K. Searcy, disposition hearing, fourth-degree assault domestic violence (minor injury) – pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days (conditionally discharged one year).
