    Alan Hernandez for driving under the influence first offense, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no operator’s license, expired Kentucky registration plates, disregarding traffic control and expired registration receipt by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.

    Tabiatha K. Foster, arraignment, first-degree possession of controlled substance (heroin), buy/possess drug paraphernalia – pleaded not guilty, preliminary hearing Aug. 14.

    Robert D. Goodlett, arraignment, flagrant not support – bonded out.

    Christopher Grant, arraignment, flagrant non support – pleaded not guilty, preliminary hearing Aug. 14.

    Ashley Kornoelje for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating on a revoked or suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Kentucky State Police.
