A man who allegedly lured a woman to a strip mall on Broadway before shoving a pistol in her face and stealing her money Dec. 16 has been arrested and charged with first-degree robbery, according to court documents.
Dakota Farler, 20, of Owenton Avenue in Frankfort, allegedly pulled a pistol and told the victim to give him her money. He remained in custody as of Tuesday morning in the Shelby County Detention Center.
He was arraigned Monday in Anderson District Court, where he entered a plea of not guilty.
