Anderson County needed this one.
After struggling to finish the job so many times since early January, the Bearcats needed a night when they hammered down the win early.
Anderson reeled off the first 12 points of the fourth quarter on its way to an 84-58 win over visiting Carroll County last Tuesday. The Bearcats, who had lost six of their previous eight games, upped their record to 14-10.
Carroll, which has been in a funk since Christmas, dropped its 15th straight game and fell to 4-20.
