The Anderson County High School archery team earned the championship of the Jessamine County Pre-Regional Tournament held over the weekend in Nicholasville. The Anderson team compiled 3,377 points out of a possible 3,600 and put eight competitors in the Top 10.
Chance Wayne took first place in the high school boys’ division with a 296 out of a possible 300 points in the individual competition. He was also the first place overall shooter.
