Guy Fieri-approved Seafood Lady among expected vendors

By The Staff

Food Truck Friday, a partnership between the City of Lawrenceburg and The Anderson News, debuts this Friday on the Lawrenceburg Green with a largely local culinary cast of mobile vendors.

While most of the featured food trucks, like Hill of Beans BBQ or Taqueria Garcia, are household names in the community, some are less familiar.

One example is Seafood Lady out of Louisville.

Owner and operator Nichelle Thurston told KET last year that she began preparing small seafood boils for close neighbors.
