Natural Balance Massage and Spa Therapies, a wellness and massage therapy center located at 575 South Main Street in Lawrenceburg is hosting a free “Spa and Facial” Event on Tuesday, July 22nd, at 6:00pm.

The event will focus on the value of stress reduction, proper skin care, and exercise in a comprehensive healthcare regimen.    Come and enjoy a relaxing, pampering evening with a free sampling of spa and skin care treatments as well as hear Women’s Fitness 24/7 owner, Pam Young, address the short and long-term benefits of exercise.  Women’s Fitness exercise and fitness center, located at 1085 Eagle Lake Drive, provides an environment where members of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy each other’s fellowship and encouragement while participating in an exercise program that includes both cardio and strength training.

“As a massage therapist and a nurse, I have all too often seen the harmful effects that our lifestyles can have on our health”, said Christine Marret, owner of Natural Balance.

She said she wants to encourage and educate people on how to take better care of themselves. My mission is to provide the Lawrenceburg community with a convenient place to go to receive quality and affordable relaxation and therapeutic massage in a serene setting, as well as be a member of the local wellness provider network.

These workshops are designed to provide the tools, support, services, and products to help people achieve a healthier lifestyle.
