    She was born in Mercer County, Ky., to the late David Ray and Mary Edwards Cunningham.

    Phyllis Jean Mayewski Fint, 65, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at her residence.
    She is the daughter of the late Pete and Alma Faye Drury Mayewski, Sr.
    Phyllis is survived by her husband of 49 years George R. Fint; a daughter, Monica Fint Rhodus and a son George R. “Bobby” Fint, Jr.
    Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. at Ritchie and Peach Funeral Home.Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13 from 5-8 pm.

    Margie Mae Riley Cornish, 96, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Homer Cornish, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
     She was born in Anderson County to the late James Matthew and Alice Holt Riley. She was a homemaker and a member of Goshen Baptist Church.
     She is survived by a sister-in-law, Loretta Riley, Lawrenceburg; two nieces, Shirley Durr and Betty Houp, both of Lawrenceburg; three nephews, Earl J. Riley, Lawrenceburg, Delaine Riley, Salvisa, and Joe (Peggy) Riley, Georgia; and several great nieces and nephews.

    Verdie Marie “Mama Ree” Riley Carter, 94, widow of Wallace L. Carter Sr., died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.
    She was a homemaker and member of Fox Creek Christian Church.

    Angel LaChelle Baxter, 24, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at St. Joseph-Mount Sterling Hospital.
    Angel is survived by her father, Myron A. Baxter and her mother, Belinda Driskell Strode.  
     Funeral services were held Feb. 11 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Burial followed in the Corinth Cemetery in Anderson County.

    Vivian Mae Jeffries Ritchie, 59, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 at the U.K. Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.  
    She was the wife of the late Allen “Tero” Ritchie and daughter of Kathleen Grubbs Rucker of Lawrenceburg and the late James L. “Dick” Jeffries.

  • Barbara Jean Phillips Smith, 77

    Barbara Jean Phillips Smith, 77, of Lawrenceburg, widower of Victor Wayne Smith, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 at her residence.
     She was the daughter of the late Corbin and Bertha Lee Cox Phillips. She was a homemaker and member of Sand Spring Baptist Church. She graduated from Kavanaugh High School.
     She is survived by a son, Phillip (Regina) Smith, Frankfort; four daughters, Phyllis (Walter) Johnson, Harrodsburg, Janet (Joe) Drury, Cathy Day (Mitch Brown), and Vickie (Shorty) Peavler, all of Lawrenceburg; 10 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.

  • Marie Mann, 95

    Marie Mann, 95, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Bradford Square Nursing Home in Frankfort.  She was born to the late Ashland and Ada Francis Mann.
     Marie is survived by her son, Jay Watkins.  
    Private services will be held. Burial will be in the Watkins Family Cemetery in Anderson County.

    Jacqueline Flo Yeaste Davenport, 62, of Lawrenceburg, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington.
     She was the daughter of the late Clifford “Pete” and Betty Clark Yeaste.  She was a member of Sand Spring Baptist Church where she was in the Pathfinders Sunday School Class. She was a Confidential Secretary for the Kentucky Education Association, she was a Kentucky Colonel and owner of Hillbilly Quilts and Embroidery.

  • Lois Jean Frye Boggs, 61

    Lois Jean Frye Boggs, 61, died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at her residence.  
    She was born to the late Charles and Bessie Falbush Frye.
    Lois is survived by three children, Lavone Rose, Shirley Hancock and Rick Milbourn.
    No services are scheduled. The family has chosen cremation.
